Issue Summary

The Program Increment Cleanup Report is pulling all the action items linked to the Program Increment irrespective of the Program set in the Tier 1 configuration bar.
Even though a Program and PI is selected in the tier 1 filter, the PI clean up Report pulls Action Items that does not belong to the selected Program.

Steps to Reproduce

Replication steps with examples-

• Tested this with PI1 which is mapped to two programs - Program 1 and Program2
• Navigate to Program objectives > More Actions> View Actions
• From the Objectives Actions Grid page, click on Add Action
• Created Action1 and linked it to a PI - PI1 and mapped to Program Team1 (linked to Program1)
• Created another Action2 and linked it to the same PI- PI1, but mapped to Program team2 (linked to Program2)
• Set the Tier1 configuration to Program1 and PI1
• Navigate to Program Increment cleanup Report and notice that the Action Items are pulling both Action1 and Action2 irrespective of Program selected in the Tier1 filter

Expected Results

Program Increment Cleanup Report should obey the tier 1 filters and pull only the Action Items that belong to the Program and Program Increment selected in the configuration bar.

Actual Results

Program Increment Cleanup Report is pulling all the action items linked to the Program Increment irrespective of the Program set in the Tier 1 configuration bar.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
