Issue Summary
Approving/rejecting the process step in the Responsibility Assignment Matrix for any person in the list (except for the last person) approves/rejects the step for the selected person and the ones following them in the list.
Due to this behavior, if someone above you on the list approves/rejects the step, you will not be able to evaluate the step any differently.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create and save a Process Flow for a work item like Portfolio Epics.
- Assign 3 - 4 people to the Responsibility Matrix as Accountable.
- Navigate to Epics used by the new process flow and open the Responsibility Assignment Matrix.
- Approve the process step for the first, second or third person in the list
- Notice that state is approved for people following the approved person in the list
Expected Results
Approving/Rejecting a process step in the Responsibility Assignment Matrix evaluates the step only for the approver
Actual Results
Approving/rejecting the process step in the Responsibility Assignment Matrix for any person in the list (except for the last person) approves/rejects the state for the selected person and the ones following them in the list.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
