Issue Summary

The default values for fields "Occurrence", "Impact" and "Critical Path" are respectively "Low", "Low" and "No" instead of "Not Set" regardless of whether these fields are marked as required or not.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Jira Align Administration > SETTINGS section > Detail Panel Settings;
2. Select a Portfolio;
3. Select Risk as Work Item;
4. Set the fields "Occurrence", "Impact" and "Critical Path" as Required and then Save the settings;
5. From the left menu bar go to Program > Manage section > Risks;
6. On the toolbar (top-right of the page), click the Add Risk button;

Expected Results

The fields "Occurrence", "Impact" and "Critical Path" should display Not Set as the default value

Actual Results

The default values for these fields are respectively "Low", "Low" and "No"

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
