Add "Value Score" to Epics and Capabilities API

      It would be nice if the Jira Align API is able to return the "Value Score" of Epics and Capabilities.

      The current feature of Jira Align is that the Value Score is only available in the UI, and it can be calculated in the Enterprise Insights running a custom query.
