Issue Summary

There is no option to disable some fields on the details panel for both Epics and Capabilities. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Administration -> Details Panel Settings.
2. Select a portfolio from the dropdown and epic work item. You can see there are some fields that cannot be disabled.
3. Now select the capability work item and observe the same issue.

Expected Results

The user should be able to enable/disable any fields for epics and capabilities in the details panel settings.

Actual Results

There is no option to disable the following fields in the details panel settings.

1. Acceptance Criteria - Epics and Capability
2. Program Increment - Capability
3. Estimate - Capability
4. MVP -Capability

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
