Program Increment Progress Report Drill Down Times out and Fails to Load

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites:

Program
PI
A large number of Stories (over a thousand)
A large number of Features (over 500)

1. Select a Program and PI in the T1
2. Navigate to the Program Increment Progress Report

Expected Results

Report renders correctly regarding the amount of data in the customer's instance

Actual Results

Depending on the amount of data the report does not load and we can see the following error in the logs (log pasted partially):

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
