Issue Summary

Open a grid for any work item (for example features grid) where there are multiple pages.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page using the mouse or scrollbar, it does not work at all or properly as expected

This happens on each page.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open a grid for any work item (for example feature grid) where there are multiple pages
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page using the mouse (you see that for a few seconds, it can't scroll), or
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page using the scrollbar, this does not work at all, you never arrive to see the bottom of the page

Changing the % of the page in Chrome and Firefox does not make a difference.

Expected Results

Scroll beyond the table and I can arrive to press the Next or Last button

Actual Results

There are two bugs connected with the scrolling:

1. Scrolling down the page using the mouse comes to a stop, there is no indication that something is happening. After a little while (a few seconds that is stopped -2-3 sec), scrolling does get to the bottom of the page.

2. Scrolling down the page using the scrollbar does not work at all, you never arrive to see the bottom of the page

Workaround

Scroll down the page using the mouse, wait a few seconds, and continue to scroll, until you arrive at the next and last page link.
