Cannot add Custom Text Area type in New Objective

      Issue Summary

      There is no issue to add a Custom Text input type, custom (multi) dropdown type, or Custom Text Area in legacy experience objectives

      The user can add a Custom Text input type, custom (multi) dropdown type, however, they cannot add Custom Text Area type in New Objectives.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1. Go to Admin - Details Panels Settings and created custom Text Area Fields
      2. Step 2. Go to New Objectives, the Text Area field is not added. Go to Legacy Objectives, able to find the Text Area field.
        Details Panels Settings Legacy Experience Objectives New Objectives Note
        All Custom types are added in Legency Exp Objectives, but Custom Text Area type is not added in New Objectives.

      Expected Results

      Custom Text Area Type is added in New Objectives

      Actual Results

      unable to add Custom Text Area Type in New Objectives

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
