This request is to get a discussion/chat REST API endpoint or to add to the work item endpoints the discussion information.

For example, when you use the Objectives endpoint, the output does not include the commentary entered in Discussions in the UI.
Having the ability to GET/ POST/PUT/PATCH/DELETE the objectives discussions information via the objective endpoint or via a specific discussion endpoint would be useful.
