Description
Issue Summary
Program Tracking Report displays Features inaccurately depending on Extra Configs > Epics toggle.
- This affects both Capability and non-Capability hierarchies
Steps to Reproduce
- Where Program1 is part of PI1
- Create EpicA and tie to Program1 and PI1
- Create Feature1 as child of EpicA and tie to Program1 and PI1
- Create Feature2 as a standalone (no parent) and tie to Program1 and PI1
- Go to Program Tracking Report, set Tier 1 filter to Program1 and PI1, and ensure Extra Configs > Epics = enabled
- Notice both Feature1 and Feature2 are displayed
- Change Extra Configs > Epics = disabled
- Notice only parented Feature1 is displayed
Expected Results
Features tied to the selected Program and PI should display consistently regardless if Extra Configs > Epics toggle is enabled/disabled
Actual Results
Features (in this case standalone Features) tied to the selected Program and PI only display when Extra Configs > Epics toggle is enabled
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
