      Issue Summary

The "Jira Project" dropdown option is missing from Feature and Story list filters for some Programs (Team of Teams) but not for others.
The issue occurs even the all settings ( such as Jira settings, Details Penel Settings and Jira Projects are mapped etc) are correct

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Preconditions:

      • Create a new Portfolio# > Program# > Team# hierarchy
      • Go to Administration > Details Panels Settings > Make some configurations for Features/Stories under Portfolio# (before its child Program is mapped to Jira Project)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1. Go to Jira Settings > Map Program# to any Jira Project > Wait for the sync
      2. Step 2. Go to Administration > Details Panels Settings > Open Feature/Story settings under Portfolio#:
        • make sure the "Jira Projects" toggle appears and displays as enabled
      3. Step 3. Go to the Features grid and open "Columns Shown":
        • make sure the "Jira Projects" column is present as an option in the modal
      4. Step 4. Go to the Features grid and open "Apply Filters":
        • make sure the "Jira Projects" filter is present as an option in the list

      Expected Results

      • The "Jira Project" column and filter options are present

      Actual Results

      Workaround

      • "Save" the settings under the "Details Panel Settings" again, after making the Jira Project mappings
