Issue Summary

The Jira Align core app is not updating the Theme history table in the Jira Align database with the custom fields. As a result, the data for custom fields is not available in Enterprise Insights for the Theme History table. See EI bug ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JIRAALIGN-4703 for more information.  Below are the custom fields missing from the history table. 

• Custom Dropdown 1
• Custom Dropdown 2
• Custom Dropdown 3
• Custom Text 1
• Custom Text 2
• Custom TextArea 1
• Custom Dropdown List 4
• Custom Dropdown List 5

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom field in Detail Panel Setting and add the field to the Theme work item
2. Create a theme and add a value to the custom field
3. Query the Theme History table in the Jira Align database

Expected Results

Records for custom fields and values are present in the Theme history table

Actual Results

Columns for custom fields are not present
