Issue Summary
This is reproducible (yes)
The Mass Move option at Capability Level is not working. We received a message saying the changes were saved, but no change is happening in the Capability.
(Mass Moving other itens like features, stories, etc are working as expected)
Steps to Reproduce
- In Capabilities, Go to More Actions >> Mass Move
- Select any capability and select a different PI
- Click on Save Changes
- You'll see a message saying the Changes were Saved, but no change is actually made in the Capability.
Expected Results
The Capability should move to a different PI
Actual Results
No changes in the Capability, although the successful message is appearing.
Workaround
Use Import/Export Tool instead
