Jira management settings>Jira Align Sprint: Save button clears existing mappings

Issue Summary

When a user clicks on the 'Save' button on the Jira management settings> Jira Sprint Sprint page for a given page, the existing mapping configuration may be cleared

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go the the Jira Align Administration> Jira management settings> Jira Sprint
2. Open board with mapped sprints
   
3. Click on the 'Save' button

Expected Results

The save button should save the results displayed on the page.

Actual Results

All sprints are are getting unmapped as the save button clears all the existing Sprint mappings

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
