Issue Summary

When creating a new role using copy role option the manage custom hierarchies settings do not copy to the new role.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Administration -> Roles -> Select a role from the dropdown.
2. Expand administration under other setup disable the Custom Hierarchies toggle.
3. Click on manage and select the required permissions.
4. Create a new role using Copy Role option.

Expected Results

The manage custom hierarchies permissions are copied to the new role.

Actual Results

The manage custom hierarchies permissions are not copied to the new role.

Workaround

As a workaround manually add the custom hierarchies permissions.
