The filters in Jira Management are not appearing and the add board button is not working

Issue Summary

The following issues are occurring in Jira Management,

• Jira Boards - The filters are missing in Jira Boards and the Add Board button is not working.
• Jira Sprints - Selecting a board from the drop-down does not do anything.
• Jira Deleted Issues - When we try to delete a record nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Administration -> Jira Management

Expected Results

The filters should appear and the add board button should bring up a dialog box. 
Selecting a board from the Jira Sprints drop-down should refresh the page and display the data. Should be able to delete a record from the Jira Deleted Issues tab.

Actual Results

The filters are missing in Jira Boards and the Add Board button is not working.
Selecting a board from the Jira Sprints drop-down does not do anything. When we try to delete a record nothing happens.

Workaround

Fix the name of the programs with extra space or newline characters. Try clearing the name and retyping it. If you copy and paste the old one, have them copied to notepad to make sure it is only one line.
