Issue Summary

Velocity calculation should be ignoring IP sprints but still adds them to calculations in some reports.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an IP Sprint alongside standard sprints
2. Check Velocity Variance and Burn Details in PI Progress Report
3. IP Sprints are still included in these reports

Expected Results

IP Sprints are not included in Velocity calculations

Actual Results

IP Sprints are not excluded from all reports (including Velocity Variance and PI Progress)

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
