Issue Summary

Strategy – user cannot filter with Configure Tier Selection option in Objective tree in the New navigation

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1. Enabled New navigation page option (Edit Preference – enabled *Display New Navigation*toggle)
2. Step 2. Go to Strategy page and filter with the strategic snapshot
3. Step 3. Review menu, no option to view a global Objective Tree

Expected Results

The customer can easily view an origanizations entire tree

Actual Results

Link does not exist

Workaround

From any other sidebar menu, select Objective Tree and then select all the teams you wish to view
