Issue Summary

When changing the Depends On team in a dependency Needed By field gets cleared.

This happens when Requestor team is Kanban and Depends On team is Scrum.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new dependency and choose:
   1. Kanban requestor team
   2. Scrum depends on team
   3. Set the Needed By date and save
2. Change the depends on team to a different Scrum team and save
3. Observe Needed By is empty, even if it's set as required in Details Panels Settings

If the requestor is a Scrum team, the field persists.

Expected Results

Needed By date should persist even if Kanban teams are involved.

Actual Results

Needed By field gets cleared.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

Please set the Needed By date again after the Depends On team changes.
