Issue Summary
Unable to save ADO connector.
The customer created ADO connector and they clicked SAVE button. It's not showing in the grid however WMSConnectorId is incremented in Jira Align URL.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
Assumption: Using a Jira Align environment/site that was created this year. (This does not affect sites that were already running ADO connector.)
- Step 1. Go to Admin - ADO and put the all details
- Step 2. Activate the connector and Click the Save button, however, nothing shows in the page.
Expected Results
New ADO is created/ SAVED and shows up in the ADO connector grid
Actual Results
Not showing in the grid however WMSConnectorId is incremented in Jira Align URL.
Workaround
There is no known workaround to enable showing the grid; however, the configuration information for the connector that was created can be accessed using the URL: https://\{host}/ManageTFSExternalTool?FirstTime=True&WMSConnectorId={id}, replacing {host} with the customer's host (e.g., chevron.jiraalign.com) and {id} with the ID of the connector that is configured (e.g., 2). The connector can be configured and will run properly.
