Custom Hierarchy: when an Objective Score is overridden, the % of work delivered will not appear correctly

      Issue Summary

When using Custom Hierarchies, Objectives can be created inside a level to track the work done. If the Objective has a Key Result that had a check-in, the UI will display the Score of it and the % of work delivered. If the Objective has its score overridden, the Score will display the new value, but the % of work delivered will not be updated accordingly:

See one example below with 3 objectives, the red box had the Objective Score overridden, the blue one is only using the score of KR, and the green one had firstly the score set via KR and later had the Objective override it:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the Custom Room for a layer of hierarchy
      2. Add an Objective
      3. Override its score, refresh the page
      4. Check the values for Score and "% of work delivered"
      5. Now create a new Objective with a Key Result
      6. Do a check-in on the Key Result
      7. Refresh the page and check the values of Score and "% of work delivered"

      Expected Results

      TBD by Product Team.

      Actual Results

The value for "% of work delivered" is not displayed once the Objective has its Score overridden.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
