Issue Summary

The Sprint Short Name in Jira Align has a maximum of 15 characters length

The Short Name in Jira Align sprints is generated from the "Generate Team Sprints" process in the Program Increment details panel.
It uses the Team Short Name (5 characters), an underscore and then Anchor Sprint's Short Name (10 characters), which totals 16 characters.

Subsequent edits on the Sprint produce a red ERROR message
Short Name: Text length exceeded - 15 characters

Changes to the sprint do appear to be able to be saved successfully.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Team with a Short Name with the maximum number of characters in field (5 characters)
2. Create an Anchor Sprint in a PI with a Short Name with the maximum number of characters in field (10 chararacters)
3. Generate Team Sprint
4. View Team Sprint - notice that Short Name has 16 characters
5. Edit and Save a Team Sprint

Expected Results

No warning or error messages. Sprint can be saved successfully.

Actual Results

Subsequent changes to the Sprint produce a red Error message

Short Name: Text length exceeded - 15 characters

Changes do appear to be saved

Workaround

Create Team Short Names of 4 or less characters
OR
Create Anchor Sprint's Short Names with 9 or less characters
