Team Room does not show Defect icon as it is shown on the Program Room

Issue Summary

Team Room does not show Defect icon as it is shown on the Program Room

In the Team Room when viewing the work in a sprint, some of the work may be a Story or a Story of Type Defect. However, there is no indication in the view that it is a story of Type Defect. The icon displayed/used is the regular story icon (document icon) even for a story of Type Defect.

In contrast, the Program room uses red Defect icon (bug icon) for a story of Type Defect. This is good. Please see attached screenshot to this ticket that shows the red Defect icon in the Program room.

Similar to the Program room behavior above, the same red defect/bug icon should be used to display in the Team Room as well. Customer expects to see the red Defect icon in the Team Room for a story work item of Type 'Defect'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Program Room and make sure there is a story of Type Defect listed
2. Notice the icon displayed is the red Defect icon as expected
3. Now navigate to Team Room and make sure the same story of Type Defect is listed
4. Notice the icon displayed is the regular Story icon (document icon)

Expected Results

To display the red Defect/Bug icon in the Team Room for a story work item of Type 'Defect'

Actual Results

The icon displayed is the regular Story(document icon) in the Team Room for a story work item of Type 'Defect'
