Issue Summary

A customer is facing an infinite spinning wheel once they try to open Accepted Spend report on Investment vs Spend page.

I do identify once you got to the Investment vs Spend page and click to load a Theme Accepted Spend, the report doesn't load and the spinning wheel keeps running endlessly.
In the Har file, I identified two 500 errors:

•  <JiraAlignUrl>/api/spend/theme/acceptedSpend/XXX

• <JiraAlignUrl>/api/spend/theme/releaseAccepted/XXX

• Splunk request error 500:
  

NOTE:
The same issue also happens on <Jira Align URL>/StatusReposts2 once you try to access in the Theme's Accepted Spend

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to  the Investment vs Spend page
2. Filter by Portfolio + PI
3. Click in the accepted Spend value for one of your themes
4. The slide-out report doesn't load and the spinning wheel keeps turning endlessly
5. Reproduction video will be attached internally

Expected Results

The Theme's Accepted Spend report to load as usual

Actual Results

1. The slide-out report doesn't load and the spinning wheel keeps turning endlessly generating error 500 on the request + Fatal Timeout errors in the Splunk logs (below)
