Request to have the Escalation Data in Enterprise Insights (EI)

Customer is looking for Portfolio Escalation data (Portfolio > Manage > Escalations) in Enterprise Insights (EI). The Jira Align page URL is xxxx.jiraalign.com/Escalations.

Please see the attached screenshots in this ticket that show the Escalation data customer would like to see in Enterprise Insights. This would include all the Escalations details shown plus the highlighted mapping data that would allow user to know which Risks, Dependencies and/or Impediments are tied to each Escalation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Portfolio Escalation (Portfolio > Manage > Escalations)
2. Open the slide out panel of an Escalation to see all the details
3. To be able to find all that data in Enterprise Insights which is currently not available

Expected Results

To have all the Escalation details including the Risks, Dependencies and Impediments tied to each Escalation available in Enterprise Insights

Actual Results

Escalation data is not available in Enterprise Insights

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
