Organizational Hierarchy is displaying parent-child relationships incorrectly

      Issue Summary

      Organisational Hierarchy is not displaying the parent-child relationship correctly for some organizations when the display includes over 30 Solution Families.

      First noticed in v10.102.3, still occurring in 10.115.3

      Steps to Reproduce

      We can reproduce a similar behavior on alignsupport (both with and without filters on T1), that starts to appear once it reaches a certain size, in our case, after 30 Solution Families (the 4th level of our structure) were created.

       

       

      Set up 4 categories for Organization Structures

      organization category organization structure level
      Business Unit 1
      Line of Business 2
      Solution 3
      Solution Family 4

       

      Create an Org Structure where the lowest category (Solution Family) has at least 30 entries

      Eg: (this is an extract from EI demonstrating the structure)

      Organization 1.1.9 shows correct parent Organization 1.1
      and
      Organization 2.1.9 shows correct parent Organization 2.1

      Expected Results

      Organizational Hierarchy (TeamHierarchy.asp) displays the correct parent-child relationship for all organizations regardless of Tier1 filtering or number of organizations listed.

      Current Hierarchy displays the correct parent-child relationship for all organizations regardless of number of organizations listed.

      Current Hierarchy is a modal that is found in multiple locations:

      • Administration > Organization Structures > Current Hierarchy
      • Administration > Organization Structures > click on an Organization Structure > Current Hierarchy
      • Organizational Hierarchy > click on an Organization Structure > Current Hierarchy

      Actual Results

      Current Hierarchy 
      Organization 2.1.9 shows incorrect parent of Organization 3.1

      Workaround

      For Organizational Hierarchy
      Filter the Tier1 config so that less than 30 Solution Families are displaying in Organizational Hierarchy

      1. Click on the "Advanced Configuration" cogs icon in the Tier1

      2. Set the Organization Structure

      3. Apply Settings

       

      For Current Hierarchy
      There is no workaround.
