Issue Summary

"Enterprise Hierarchy" was renamed to "Organization Structure" some time ago, and has been updated in Platform Terminology

It is confusing that the Platforms > Dropdowns references "Enterprise Hierarchy: Category" when ti's actually for "Organization Structure: Category"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Administration > Platform > Dropdowns
2. Dropdown option is called "Enterprise Hierarchy: Category

Expected Results

Dropdown option should be called "Organization Structure: Category" as "Enterprise Hierarchy" labelling is legacy

Actual Results

Workaround

Ignore behaviour.
