Add fullscreen version of "Epic/Product Bundle Planning" page

      Issue Summary

      Currently, (as far as I'm aware) there are 2 methods of accessing the Epic planning page.  

      First is by clicking on "Epic/Product Bundle Planning" in the far right link list on an Epic.  This opens up a popup window version of the page.

      Second is by manually accessing the URL ..../EpicFeaturePlanning?FirstTime=True&EpicID=x which opens the page in full screen, but requires you to know the Epic ID and manually access it, which isn't convenient at all.

       

      We have received customer requests to make a full screen version of this page easily accessible.  Either by making the default behavior a full screen window, or adding an option on the popup to make full screen.
