Issue Summary

Program Increment Progress report → Drill Down → Burnup graph shows different predicted data from the main page Program Increment Progress report Burnup by Story report.

Drill Down → Burnup graph only shows weekly data points and not daily like the main one.
Drill Down → Burnup graph predicted burn rate is lower than the main one.
Drill Down → Burnup graph doesn't show calculations, the formulas in the user guide appear to be inaccurate.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1. Go to Program Increment Progress report
2. Step 2. Select a Program and a PI in the t1 filter
3. Step 3. Observe Burnup by Story report to compare to later
4. Step 4. Click on Drill down button
5. Step 5. Click on Burnup toggle
6. Step 6. Compare the resulting graph with step 3

Expected Results

Same data is shown in the report.

Actual Results

The burndown / burnup numbers and discrepancies between PIP reports and Burnup / Burndown by story have a history of not making sense.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
