Organizational Hierarchy report – Program shows under wrong solution when filter with Portfolio on T1

In the Organizational Hierarchy report, the program is listed in the wrong solution when filtered with the portfolio on T1. However, The program shows under the right solution when the filter is set to Solution instead.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1. Go to the Organizational Hierarchy report
2. Step 2. Filter with Portfolio layer on T1, and found a program shows under a different solution.
3. Step 3. Filter with the Solution layer on T1 and the program shows under the correct solution.

Expected Results

Even filter with the Portfolio layer on T1, the program should displayed under correct Solution

Actual Results

We have found in a customer's instance a case where a program shows under a different solution, when the Top tier filter is set to Portfolio. However, The program shows under the right solution when the filter is set to Solution instead

• Seems to be customer specific, we have not been able to replicate the issue locally
• The customer tested on an incognito mode browser and confirmed he got the same issue.

Workaround

Filter with the solution layer on T1, then the program shows under the right solution
