Ideas: when creating an Idea via API, FeatureName on table tblEnhancement is not created

Issue Summary

When an idea is created thru the API, the FeatureName field is not populated on the table tblEnhancement. Without this field, when going to Ideas > Manage Backlog, there is no Id (the IZ_x/ER-TP1-x) o the Idea card, so it is not possible to open it:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Idea using the API
2. Now JA goes to Ideation
3. Notice how the Idea appears normally and can be opened
4. Now go to Ideas > Manage Backlog
5. Notice how the idea card is missing the id/FeatureName, so it can't be opened

Expected Results

Id/FeatureName would be created regardless of the method of creation of the Idea.

Actual Results

Ideas created thru API don't have Id/FeatureName

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
