Ability to Import Objectives

      Problem

       

      On behalf of Sam Ugulava.

       

      Importing objectives fails, even when using the JA excel template. Users receive a message that this functionality is temporarily unavailable.

      Environment

      Jira Align Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      1) Go to Objectives

      2) Select one

      3) More Actions -> Import Objectives

      Expected Results

      The objective is imported.

      Actual Results

      A message pops up on the screen informing that some enhancements are being built, and because of that the import objectives are temporarily unavailable.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround for this.

            Please note that not every company allows people to use API for imports for security reasons.

            I agree with Lori, this is not suggestion but a bug, the feature is showing in the tool we'd expect to be able to import objectives.

            Can you please clarify what the difference is between a "suggestion" type, and an "idea" etc? Initially we thought this was a bug, but it seems to have changed to a "suggestion". Can you just help me understand that?
