Objective Tree grid inconsistency

Issue Summary

Objective Tree grid doesn't respect the number of records configured under Personal Preferences

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes
It was reproduced on Jira Align Version 10.113.2 Enterprise Edition (Premise) and on https://alignsupport.jiraalign.com (Version 10.114.3 Enterprise Edition (Cloud))

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure your personal preferences to show 20 or 30 records per screen (User Menu > Edit Preferences > Records Displayed Per Screen)
2. Go to the Objective Tree grid and then configure Tier1 and Goal/Objectives Tiers in a way to show more than 20 records.

Expected Results

The number of records presented per screen must be the same as configured under Personal Preferences (20 or 30 Records)

Actual Results

Just 10 records per screen are presented regardless of the value configured on Records Displayed Per Screen under Personal Preferences

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
The only way to view more records is by navigating to on the next screens.
