Issue Summary

Theme Backlog: Themes from different Portfolios are displayed if Portfolio and Release are selected in Tier 1 and Release is assigned to Programs from multiple Portfolios.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create the following hierarchies:
   • Portfolio1 > Program1 > Theme1
   • Portfolio2 > Program2 > Theme2
2. Create ReleaseA (PI) and add both Program1 and Program2 to this
3. Add ReleaseA to both Theme1 and Theme2
4. Open Theme Backlog and set Tier1 filter to Portfolio1, this displays Theme1
5. Set Tier1 filter to Portfolio1 and ReleaseA

Expected Results

Theme Backlog should only display Theme1

Actual Results

Theme Backlog displays both Theme1 and Theme2

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
