Issue Summary

While on the Backlog for Features, if you move the rank position of one Feature, all the ones present on the view will have an audit log entry created, like:

Release Portfolio Rank : : Feature (Jira Epic) XXXX was moved from rank Y to Y

Steps to Reproduce

1. On the Feature Backlog set a Portfolio + PI
2. Change the rank of one Feature
3. Check the audit log of a different one to see the message

Expected Results

TBD by PM team.

Actual Results

Even Features that had no changes will display the message on the audit log.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
