Issue Summary

Inactive teams are displayed in the forecast tabs for epics.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1. Set a team associated with an epic to inactive.
   
2. Step 2. Navigate to forecast tabs in the epic, able to find the inactive team is still displayed.
   

Expected Results

The inactive team is not displayed in Epic - Forecast tab.

Actual Results

The inactive team is still displayed in Epic - Forecast tab.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
