Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

In the Roadmap page, using the Release Vehicle view, when clicking on the Highlighted objects, its details are open on a new tab instead of a details panel in the current tab

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access JA and set up a portfolio/program and a PI to T1
2. Access the Roadmap report and change the view from 'Work' to 'Release Vehicle'
3. Notice the Highlighted objects and click on one of them to see its details
4. Notice that it will be opened in another tab instead of the details panel in the current tab

Expected Results

The work item should open the item's details panel in the current tab to be consistent with the other views e.g. Release, Work.

Actual Results

Another tab is opened accessing the grid page and showing the work item details 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
