Issue Summary

The "team drop-down" menu does not expand in the Team Room.

Steps to Reproduce

(We weren't able to reproduce this behavior in our test instances, but we've seen some customers experience this issue.)*

1. Login to JA and set the T1 filter ( select Program & PI)
2. Navigate to Team Room
3. Try to click on the "Team Room for <team-name>" button 

Expected Results

The "team drop-down" menu does not expand in the Team Room.

Actual Results

Having an expandable "team drop-down" menu in the Team Room.

Workaround

Here we have a workaround. First, reset all T1 filters. You can adjust the filters again after seeing the corresponding drop-down.
