Issue Summary

Export role toggles are now available for Capabilities and Epics since 10.111 but not for Themes. The toggle 'Export Stories/Task/Features' under Additional Options > Permission is still driving the permission for themes as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable Export Stories/Task/Features in Additional Options > Permissions
2. logout and login to update the role permission
3. Navigate to Themes Grid.
4. Click More Actions

Expected Results

PM to decide if the toggle name 'Export Stories/Task/Features' should include as well Theme or if an 'Export Themes' under 2 PORTFOLIO> Manage > Themes should be added like it exists for Epics & Capabilities

Actual Results

The import Theme link is hidden/disabled.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
