Issue Summary

Even though delete permission was turned off in Story, the user still able to delete the story in More Option.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

Test with PMO role

1. Step 1. Go to Admin – select PMO role
2. Step 2. Go to 5.Team – Manage : Story, removed Delete permission.
   
3. Step 3. Impersonate/ login with PMO user
4. Step 4. Go to Story – click More Option
   
5. Step 5. Delete story option is still activated on the Story Management Options page
   

Expected Results

As delete permission was turned off in Story, Non-Super Admin role shouldn't have Delete permission.

Actual Results

Even though delete permission was turned off in Story, the user still able to delete the story in More Option

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
