Issue Summary

Multiple Jira Align customer Jira Connectors utilising OAuth 1.0 authentication encounter intermittent "oauth_problem=nonce_used" errors.
The connector retries when this occurs and is eventually able to connect successfully and sync items.
The error also happens across different Jira API endpoints, including;
rest/api/2/issue/
rest/api/2/search
rest/api/2/serverInfo
rest/agile/1.0/board/

Steps to Reproduce

Unable to trigger an occurrence but can be seen occurring on customer instance logs

Expected Results

No nonce_used oauth errors occur intermittently

Actual Results

nonce_used oauth errors occur intermittently

The below exception is thrown in the log:

RenderedMessage: APIResponse:OauthAuthenticationFailed:"oauth_problem=nonce_used"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
