Forecast: 'Total Team Capacity' displays under the wrong team

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

On the Forecast report, when selecting more than 1 program related to the same PI and different teams the  'Total Team Capacity' value shows up in the wrong team. The report works fine with only one program and a PI selected

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites:

*A PI

• Two programs with different teams
• Epics with MW values filled 

1. Select a single program and a related PI
2. Access the Forecast page/report and change the 'View Type' to 'Agile by team'
3. Notice that the values of the Epics show up correctly under the single team related
4. Select the other program (that has the same PI but a different team)
5. Notice that the value that was showing up for the 1st team is now showing under the second team selected

Expected Results

MW values keep their consistency when applying a non-related program/team on T1

Actual Results

MW values that was showing up for the 1st team is now showing under the second team selected

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
