Issue Summary
Scenario 1:
- In Sprint member, the user cannot search for team members using the Team Members pick list on Sprint Grid > Select a Sprint > Members tab > Team member pick list hence they cannot easily find the ones they want to remove from the team.
Forcing them to scroll the alphabetical list manually to find the name that may be very slow depending on the number of users in the environment. - Reproducible: YES
- Seeing this issue in 10.111.3 version
Scenario 2:
- Sometimes, the team member does not appear in Sprint Grid > Select a Sprint > Members tab > Team member list even by scrolling in the list if the member is already added to the team member list. We cannot force reproduce the issue.
- Seeing this issue in 10.111.3 version
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Sprint Grid > Select a Sprint > Members tab
- Add a user to this Sprint
- Now, use the same Team member pick list to search for this user in order to try to remove it from Sprint.
- Note the pick list doesn't bring the name of the already listed ones forcing you to scroll all the list down until finding the user. depending on the number of users in the list it can make this action unpractical
- Sometimes, that user doesn't appear in the list even by scrolling down.
Expected Results
Team member already assigned to the Sprint shows up in Sprint Grid > Select a Sprint > Members tab > Team member pick list when you search for its name in Team Members pick list. Forcing the user to search by the alphabetical list depending on the number of users in the list, turns this action unpractical.
Actual Results
Team members already assigned to the Sprint should show up in Sprint Grid > Select a Sprint > Members tab > Team member pick list
So whenever that user is not required, they can be removed from Sprint.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
