Dependencies and Features are showing RED on the Program Board with no panning issue message in the Quick View panel making it hard to troubleshoot.

Problem

The client is facing an issue where the dependency was showing as red on the Program Board with no message as to why. Upon reassigning an issue to another sprint, the dependency continued to show as RED on the Requesting team's Program Board, but shows as GREEN on the Depends On team's Program Board. No Planning Issues are identified.

Also, the feature, the Feature's target completion sprint was not identified, only the team's target completion sprint. And still, no Planning Issue was noted for a feature shown as red on the program board.

Steps to Reproduce

I was not able to replicate the same exact issue as it seems that there may be many more issues related to the dependency and feature.

Expected Results

There must be a message as to why a dependency and/or feature is showing red on the Program Board.

Actual Results

There must be a message as to why a dependency and/or feature is showing red on the Program Board.
