Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

On the Objective Tree page, the Summary column is not wrapping long titles correctly causing the system to not display the entire text set for the title field

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an objective with more than 43 characters
2. Access the Objective Tree page and click on "Solutions Objectives" and then on  "Try the new experience button"
3. Notice that the Summary column doesn’t wrap the text correctly and shows only part of the title

Expected Results

The title field is wrapped up correctly in the Summary column 

Actual Results

Do not display the entire text set for the title field as per the screenshot below

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
