Program Board: Committed by Column displays Sprint Prefix from PI that has no relation to Dependency (Kanban teams)

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

On the Program Board page, when a feature has a dependency on Kanban teams, the slide-out panel shows a non-related sprint prefix in the “committed by” column. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a story and assign it to a Kanban team
2. Create a feature and related it to that Story
3. Create a dependency and set the  ‘Requesting’ field) to a Kanban team and the ‘Depends On’ field to another Kanban team
4. Access the Program Board page and click on the feature that was created/related to the dependencies
5. Notice that the column “Committed by” show an unrelated PI prefix

Expected Results

Shows the correct dates for the "Needed by" and “Committed by”  columns according to the corresponding fields set to the dependency

Actual Results

The column “Committed by” show an unrelated PI prefix

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
