Description
Issue Summary
On adding a Product filter in the Configuration Bar of the initial screenof a Progran Incident Report, the Burndown charts change their data (and y–axis scale) to represent the data of the selected product, the Burnup charts still show the same charts that were seen prior to adding the Product Filter.
This following images came from a lab configuration so do not contain sensitive data.
First image shows a program with Effort/Story Points totalling 10, where 4 points are connected to a product called TestProd2 and 6 points are connected to TestProd3. There is no Product Filter set.
The second image shows the result of applying the product filter (purple arrow) and that the data (y-Axis scale and plotted data points) at the red arrows has changed from the first image, but the charts and data shown by the green arrows has not changed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Use a Program (and PI) that has at least 2 features that are associated to different products, where each feature has child stories and each stories has Effort Points, a Team and a Sprint (in the same PI as the features)
- Go to Reports > Program Increment Report
- Set a Configuration Bar filter of Program + PI Take a screenshot showing all 4 charts (Burndown by Feature, Burndown by Story, Burnup by Feature and Burnup by Story)
- Change the Configuration Bar filter so that it now has Program + PI + Product selected
- Compare the new charts with the ones in the screenshot from step 3.
Expected Results
All 4 charts should change their plotted data to match the reduction caused by selecting a Product.
Actual Results
Only the Burndown charts change their plotted data to be based on the Product filter, the burnup charts continue to show the original data - as if the Product filter does not exist. .
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
