Issue Summary

Ranking ideas on the Manage Enhancement Requests page is not sticking its prioritized order after page is refreshed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Enterprise > Manage > Ideation > Manage Backlog > Manage Enhancement Requests
2. In one of the columns, move an idea card in the column to change its position/rank in the same column( for example move the idea from the second position to first position)
3. Refresh the page
4. Notice the idea is back to its original position/rank (in this example it is back to the second position)

Expected Results

The rank/position of idea should stick its order when page is refreshed

Actual Results

The rank/position of idea does not stick. The behavior is very random. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
