Issue Summary

A customer added a new SAML 2.0 certificate thru metadata, following the instructions in the community page
both certificates are shown in Certificates:

The message that one certificate is about to expire is still showing:

Steps to Reproduce

1. A few days before the current certificate expires:
2. In Platform >> Security >> Add SAML Provider >> Add a new metadata
3. Click in "Save and Close"
4. Both certificates will display - the legacy one, about to expire and the new one

Expected Results

After adding a new certificate, the legacy certificate is removed from the list

Actual Results

Both certificates show

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
