Issue Summary

Mass Move doesn't update the audit log for the PI change.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Preconditions:
   - Create Program#1 tied to Release#1 and Release#2
   - Create at least 2 Features under Program#1 and Release#11.

2. Go to Features grid > More Actions > Select "Mass Move" option

3. Select Program#1 and Release#1 in the "Move From" section

4. Select Release#2 and Program#1 in the "Move To" section

5. Check mark both Features from preconditions and click the "Save Changes" button

6. Go back to Features grid > open Audit Log for that feature.

Expected Results

Showing the changes made from the Mass Move page in the Audit Logs.
(The record of changes should be captured for both Features.)

Actual Results

Changes made from the Mass Move page cannot be displayed in the Audit Logs.
(The record of changes is captured only for one Feature.)

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
